Where Can I Create an Email Template?

I would like to create an email template but cannot find where to do so. We have Onbase 14. Can someone help? Thanks in advance!

I believe the location is under OnBase Configuration > Printing > Email Notifications

Take a look in the System Administration 14 MRG under the section labeled "External Mail" (page 46)
