Virtual IDOL Server for OnBase - Can it be shared with HP Records Manager?

We currently have an HP Records Manager installation that uses IDOL for search. We just purchased OnBase at the end of last year and will be implementing soon. I need to know if OnBase and HP Records Manager can share the same IDOL instance? HP's response is that they can work from a shared environment but I couldn't find anything posted on the forum for this.If the response is yes, are there any specific recommendations as far as the server configuration for Cores, RAM, Network, etc.?

Thanks for the question, Michael.Unfortunately, our licensing agreement with HP Autonomy prevents OnBase from utilizing an existing IDOL instance. Above and beyond our licensing agreement, there are certain technical issues that would prevent a shared IDOL environment from working from the OnBase side.
