When a page is deleted from OnBase, what specifically happens to that page?
Does the remaining page still reside in the Disk Group?
How or when would the page be removed after deletion?
This question was prompted as I have noticed a significant number of older documents stored in my OnBase solution having blank pages due to duplex scanning being used.
I tested what occurred when deleting a page and it appears to still reside at the Disk Group after the deletion within OnBase. Is there any easy way to identify and remove these instances?
Thank you,
Stephen

Well, I found the answer on my own. The blank pages will wind up in the Incomplete Delete Queue of Platter Management.

Hi Stephen,
Just out of curiosity, was that after just a delete, or after purging as well?
Best,
Alexa

Hi Alexa, sorry for the super late reply. It was just after deleting a single page from a document. For example, a document stored with three pages but the third one was blank. If the blank third page is deleted, it moves to the Incomplete Delete Queue in Platter Management.
