What are some good troubleshooting techniques for the onbase client?

I have several users in one location not able to launch the onbase client successfully. When they do, the application comes up frozen/unresponsive. Any ideas on what it could be?

Hey Ashley,
Are any users able to login from that location?
Are you using NT Authentication?
Are there any error messages or does the client just freeze?
Are there any switches on the Client shortcut?
Have you tried capturing a Verbose log by placing the -V SQL switch on the Client shortcut?
