We are saving emails as MIME files ... and then archiving into OnBase. From a Thick Client (version 9.0), the files display as an email just fine. But the Web Client throws an error. The default FORMAT for the doc type is OLE. But obviously, in the case of these emails that are .EML files, that isn't the case.
How should I set up a format so that the Web client can properly display the .EML file?
