We have been experiencing problems getting into OnBase intermittently since we went live back in November 2015. The problem doesn’t happen to the same people, the same client (thick or Web) or at the same time. Sometimes when a user launches the client, they are unable to get into OnBase. It could last for this user for hours or minutes. For the web client the IE session just searches until it times out. Other users may already be logged in fine during this time and can get in and out without problem.
When the issue occurs, the user can ping the server without issue. We've reached out to our first line of support, but we haven't been able to track the problem down. I'm hoping someone out there has had a similar issue. TIA.

Through troubleshooting of this issue, it is believed that the cause of this issue was Network related. This cannot be confirmed at this time since the issue stopped occurring during the troubleshooting efforts.
