I have been looking for information specific to Timers that are configured in our Workflow Processes. I have found two (2) tables (hsi.timerinfo and hsi.timerwindow). The columns listed for these two tables are for the data points I am looking for, however there is not any rows of data populated in the tables. Could someone explain why/how this occurs and a way to correct it? I am trying to troubleshoot some execution issues and this data would be very helpful to have.

Hi Sheryl,
These tables are in the database for legacy reasons. These tables remain in the database to allow older versions of OnBase to connect to the newer versions of the database. They are no longer used with later versions of the software.
The newer Workflow tables are prefixed with 'hsi.WF*', with 'hsi.wftimerdsxlcstate', 'hsi.wftimerdsconfig', and 'hsi.wftimerserviceconfig' being a couple that may be of assistance in your troubleshooting.
