Tables Without Any Rows of Data

I have been looking for information specific to Timers that are configured in our Workflow Processes. I have found two (2) tables (hsi.timerinfo and hsi.timerwindow). The columns listed for these two tables are for the data points I am looking for, however there is not any rows of data populated in the tables. Could someone explain why/how this occurs and a way to correct it? I am trying to troubleshoot some execution issues and this data would be very helpful to have.

Hey Sheryl,

The two tables you referenced are not currently in use by any OnBase module (so they shouldn't be populated). I believe the table you are looking for is hsi.lctimer. This table will contain relevant information about configured timers in your OnBase database.
