Katie, If I'm not mistaken the station that sweeps the documents into OnBase must have an imaging license. Next, to sweep a document into OnBase you'll need to setup a scan queue. Identify the directory you wish to sweep (processsing options button - Capture). After that is completed you would go this new scan queue inside of the Client and right click in the right pane and select "sweep directory". This of course to to manually sweep files. However, you could also schedule this sweep if it is something that would happen daily or weekly. I think this information is provided in the document imaging MRG as well.
