Sorting autofill keyword sets

We have an Autofill Keyword Set that contains a primary last name, first name and address. In the Thick Client when indexing a document the Keyword set is alphabetical using the First Name. In the Web Client the keyword set list is sorted randomly.

Is there a way to have the Keyword List sorted on First Name?

Hi Dave,

Did you ever determine if you can sort an AutoFill Keyword set? I'm trying to do the same thing and cannot find the setting.

Hello Dave,

Thank you for using the OnBase Community.  You should be able to sort any column in the "Keyset Lookup" dialog in the Web and Unity Clients by clicking on the header for the Keyword Type.

The default sort order is used in the screenshot below.

After clicking on the 3rd column you can see that the order has been changed.

This method of sorting can be done on any Keyword column, below I clicked on the Date Keyword Column to sort the records in descending order based on the Date values.

I hope this helps!

Thanks again for using the OnBase Community!
