I've seen some older post around the same topic but nothing updated.
Our department supervisors would like to review documents scanned by their employees as part of a post scan/import QA process and have requested a way to on the fly generate a list of documents based on the Author. These departments use Front Office scanning when documents are captured during registration and so does not fall into a Back office QA process.
The finer criteria might include:
- Specific Account numbers
- Document Types
- Date Rages
They are familiar with using custom queries but using a general keyword like account or date Range search returns more data that then needs to be filtered if it doesn't return too much data and time out. We do not use the Thick Client in these areas. Open to suggestions!
