Send to Mail Recipient within workflow using Edge not available

When using IE for the OnBase 18  workflow in the Active X Web environment, I can right click the document and Send to Mail Recipient. When using Edge, the option is not available.  Any options in Edge or OnBase that I need to update to provide this feature?

Hello Patty,

"UseWebMail" flag can be set to "true" in Web Client configuration file to enable sending in Edge. Please note that changing this setting will enable web mail for Edge, but also change the behavior in IE too to be the same as Edge and other browsers that use Html-only mode for Web Client. All "Send To - Mail Recipient" actions will get redirected to the mail provider configured in Email Web Integration Settings. You can find more information about this in the Web Server Admin Manual and Web Client MRGs.
