V13: In Thick Client, we can select multiple documents, right click to View selected . In Unity Client, we are not finding similar option - is the only option to double click each document in hit list to open each document in a separate window?
The current SCR that requests this functionality (allow for multiple documents to be opened at once in the Unity Client) is SCR 106344. At this time it has not been completed but is being considered by Development for a future release. If you would like to be added to this request, please let me know.
Our users have requested this functionality in the Unity Client as well. As a work around we suggested that they toggle the document viewer open from Document Retrieval so that each item does not have to be doubled-clicked and then closed.
Is there an SCR for this functionality? I have checked in our 14 test environment and this still isnt available I know that our former OnBase admin questioned our first line of support about it back in OnBase 12 but nothing was ever told to us as far as an SCR or if this was even something Hyland had intentions of putting in?
