"My Custom Query"

Anything recent on this issue - user specific:

A user has multiple duplicates of the same custom query appearing in "My Custom Query" list. Any ideas how to remove the duplicates?

I am able to remove from  "My Custom Queries" by selecting and then dragging the query to "All Custom Queries" - but they all come back when I log back in.
