We've done platter maintenance (backup to secondary copy, and delete primary copy) on some platters, and found that as a result our users can no longer scan and append pages to existing documents stored on those archived platters. Is there a way to reverse the archiving we've already done?
Thank you again for any help in advance,

Hello Brock,
Thank you for using the Community forum! There is currently not a simple way to repopulate a deleted copy. I recommend contacting your first line of support as this will involve manually copying data from the backup copy back to copy 1, setting the appropriate flags for the affected volumes in Platter Management and updating the OnBase.ID file.
Also, if this issue is preventing your users from getting their work done, I highly recommend contacting you first line of support. They will work with you to get your system running as quickly as possible. They can also determine if the issue you are experiencing is a defect that should be corrected.
