Our lifecycles assign documents to users through the user of rules based. So, the inboxes Load Balance Type are defined as Rules Based and with the action Assign to User we assigned the document to the user using a keyword value that has their username account.
The business asked us to create a report to shown the documents assigned to the users. At what time the document was assigned. Even when the user view the document for the first time (not moved from the inbox. We know about the lcstatexuser table for Rules Based Load Balance, but it doesn't help us to join the table, because this table doesn't have unique field like itemnum. Neither has the time when the document was assigned.
How we know the assigned documents to a users using rules based assignment? How we can know when the document was assigned? What tables we can use to make the report?
