I have a department of users that up until last Friday, was able to rename the batch after scanning in the document. The batch name pop-up screen does not appear anymore. I have the Rename Scan Batches selected in configuration for that group. Still no batch name pop-up screen?

I would suggest looking at the Scan Queue Settings (Configuration | Import | Scan Queues | Process Options | Batch Processing Tab). Within the Batch Processing tab there is a checkbox for "Auto-Name Batches" and when selected will not prompt users to enter a name for the batch. If you deselect this it should prompt the user with the prompt to name a batch after scanning completes. Hope this helps.
