Pushing out customized Unity client website configuration via CONFIG - Safe to delete all contents of "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\IsolatedStorage" folder?

Pushing out via CONFIG custom websites.  If users have customized their websites settings, I understand the updated CONFIG will not replace user website settings.  Per TSKB-1277825:

You would need to delete the IsolatedStorage on the workstation before modifications are displayed in the Unity Client interface.      - C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\IsolatedStorage

Question:

Are the contents within that folder used by any other app - is it OK to delete all contents of this folder?  For instance in my folder is see the following:
