Looking for a fix for PDF documents opening up in Adobe when we would like them opening up in OnBase Unity viewer?

Hi, Dustin,
Thank you for your question. What Adobe product/version do you have installed on the workstation and what version of Unity Client are you using? The Third Party Compatibility chart lists what Adobe products OnBase supports.

Thank you very much for reaching out. You are right, my OnBase colleague and I recognized I needed to upgrade versions and the situation has now been remedied. Thanks again for looking into it.
