OnBase16 "Hosted Environment" can not see new items imported

OnBase16 "our environment is Hosted"
When importing configuration package from our test environment. I can not see any of the new Doc Type, Keywords, DIP, etc. Is this because the User permissions changed to MANAGER for the package during import process. FYI  - As a hosted environment, we do not have access to the MANAGER User account.

Hi Therese,

In the test environment, were those items (Doc Types, Keyword, etc) part of non-manager User Groups?  

During the import process, did those User Groups appear in the Import wizard?  You should have been given the opportunity to map those user groups to the corresponding groups in the destination system.

You are correct we failed to map everything so "no action" took place for some items. Thanks!
