We have some users that are having the OnBase thick client suddenly stop working and lockup the whole PC to where a reboot is necessary. Seems to be causing Windows Explorer to crash (which freezes the PC). This can happen when the user is viewing a document, scrolling a hit list, or posting a note. It happens with COLD reports as well as PDF documents. There is no errors in the Windows event logs and we cannot seem to track down what may be causing this.
Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this before.

Hey Nathan,
Short of running verbose to see if it's something database related causing the issue, I'd suggest working with your first line of support to further troubleshoot this issue.
