I have a user who recently updated her browser from IE 8 to IE 9. Since then, when she opens the web client of OnBase, she sees the following error messge:
"Required Parameters not found. Please try again. If you receive this error multiple times, log out and back into the Web Client."
She logs out and in again, and recieves the same error when trying to access a file.
Any idea what theis error refers to?

IE9 should be supported on your current build
Is the user accessing the Web Client with ActiveX or HTML controls?

The user is accessing the web client.

Have you gotten any resolution for this? I have a user with OB12 and IE8 who is receiving the same error trying to access an HTML form out of Sharepoint.

Have you checked the diagnostics console from the server and from her computer to see if any additional information is presented?

I have one user reporting this very same error message. Did you find a resolution for this issue. We are on OnBase12 SP3. User is using the web client on IE10.
