Has anyone encountered a situation where a user sends a document from the OnBase Client (highlighting the document in the hit list, then choosing Send to|Mail Recipient) and the recipient recieves multiple copies/attachements of the document? I suspect this problem is happening at the user end perhaps with their email server, but I need to convince their tech services that it's not OnBase. I can't recreate the problem and it's not being reported by anyone else. I'm waiting to see if it happens with other users at that site. In the meantime, anyone have any suggestions about how to investigate this issue?
