We are in OnBase 11
If we were to recieve a single flat file of data for an auto-fill data set, for example:
- Application Key
- Name
- Test Score 1
- Test Score Date 1
- Test Score Source 1
- Test Score 2
- Test Score Date 2
- Test Score Source 2
I would like to create the keywords on the document type with MIKG for the test scores:
- Application Key
- Name
- Test Score MIKG
- Test Score
- Test Score Date
- Test Score Source
I want to import data from the auto-fill table to the keyword fields in the MIKG like this:
Autofill Document Type
Application Key -> Application Key
Name -> Name
Test Score 1 -> MIKG Instance 1: Test Score
Test Score Date 1 -> MIKG Instance 1: Test Score Date
Test Score Source 1 -> MIKG Instance 1: Test Score Source
Test Score 2 -> MIKG Instance 2: Test Score
Test Score Date 2 -> MIKG Instance 2: Test Score Date
etc.
Is there a configuration or methodolgy (including using workflow) that I could use to accomplish this?
