We are currently emailing a separate document each time it is swept via XML into OnBase using the workflow timers, distribution service and notifications in OnBase 18. What we would like to do is "bundle/packet" those documents and mail them together in one email. I was considering foldering the documents and emailing the folder. I haven't tried this method before but I have foldered elsewhere within OnBase and it works.
They have just asked to email only certain revisions of the documents that the xml would specify in the packet.
How do I grab those specific revisions and email them since normally the email would use the current revision?
Example email to customer ABC
Document 1 is not a revisionable document therefore no revisions.
Document 2 has 5 revisions and they want to email the last 3 revisions.
The one email notification to customer ABC would have document 1, document 2 revision 1, document 2 revision2, document 2 revision 3 attached.
I've been looking at these links but haven't found anything about how to handle revisions

Take a look at the Document Packets solution. This is probably the easiest path.

Hi Eric,
Thank you for your suggestion. At the moment we are not in the position to add a new product/licensing to our OnBase solution.
I was looking for my workflow solutions/suggestions.
