Hello William,
Thank you for posting to Community.
If the session is 'active' then there is no way from within the software to disconnect teh session.
It is possible to view current users by checking Thick Client > Admin > User Management > View Current Users. This will display information for users in the system such as the workstation name they are connected from, the license being used, the las login time, and the current status. From this window, you can cleanup any disconnected sessions by seelcting the user and then hitting the 'Cleanup' button.
To be able to access this option, the user logged into the Thick Client must belong to a User Group that has the 'User Management' Administrative Privilege (OnBase Configuration > Users > User Groups/Rights > select the User Group > Product Rights > under 'Administrative Privileges' check the 'User Management' option).
You will not be able to disconnect any users with a status of 'Active' however. If you attempt to, you will be presented with: 'You may not delete records for licenses that are currently in-use.'
If you believe that a user session should not be listed but you are seeing that it is, please verify that that workstation does not have an open OnBase session open on it. If after you have verified this, please reach out to your First Line of Support to further troubleshoot why the session is still showing as active.
Thanks.
