I would like to schedule Keyword Update processes and have read that in order to schedule them there needs to be a preprocessor configured. The rationale is that the index files need to be validated prior to updating large numbers of keywords. Does anyone have or know of a preprocessor that can be used? I don't have much experience with preprocessors and would appreciate it if someone could offer more detailed guidance for how to do this. Thanks!

Preprocessors are really a way to create a custom validation "script". In other words, you can create a script in whatever language you choose, package it up as a .exe file, and then place it somewhere that the OnBase Client Windows Service can access perfectly fine. The only thing to remember is that your executable needs to be able to take input and do output.
If you have the Premium Training subscription, then watch this video. It is older, yes, but it should help.
