We recently started having printing issues for Adobe documents. Certain documents will throw an error indicating the printer needs larger paper in the tray. Is there an OnBase setting that will store all PDFs as 8 1/2 X 11? (We're on V13 of OnBase and Adobe Acrobat 10.0.)
