Client 13.0.2.628 refuses to install. The installer simply says the install failed and does not give a reason. Is there an install log we can track down to see what failed?

I tracked this down to .net 4 framework not being installed on this one client. It would be much more helpful, however, to have the installer state why it is failing or point you to an install log.

MSI files all use a standard set of switches including /L for logging. Its followed by a path for a logfile name.

Hello Raul of Seattle,
The OnBase Installer should come with a Setup.exe file. Said file will check for all prerequisites and even install them if need be. If the Setup.exe was never delivered to you and/or has been misplaced please contact your first line of support to download another copy.
