Hi there.
I was wondering if there is a way to schedule a process on processing server to commit ALL documents in Incomplete Commit Queue (OnBase 12)? For some reason this happens from time to time and we have to manually select the batch and "commit selected". Is there anything that can be done to automate the process? We know all the batches are correct and ready to be commited.
Thanks
Marek.

Oregon Health & Science University would also like to have the functionality. I don't believe it can currently be done. Could Hyland open an SCR for this?

Hi,
This functionality is not currently available in OnBase. The purpose of the incomplete commit queue is to handle those scenarios where the document/batch does not commit successfully. If you run into cases where this is happening on a regular occurrence, I would recommend working with your first line of support to further investigate the cause and determine why those documents/batches are entering the incomplete commit queue.
Take care.
