After doing a directory sweep from a scan queue, trying to open the scanned docs pops this error message:

Image Library Error

An error occurred in the Image Library while processing page 1.  It is possible this document file is corrupted.

Image Library Error#: -37

It does this no matter which .tif file I attempt to import.

OnBase Thick Client Version: 15.0.2.174

OS is Win10

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not a complete answer, but this can happen when OnBase is expecting one type of file format, and a different one is presented.  What is the document type configured to be?  PDF? TIF?  Are you importing files of that type?

DeWayne

The are scanned in and not indexed yet, so the doctype is 'unindexed' but the scan format is configured for one doctype (Claim form) and that is an image file format.

Hey Derick,
Could you attach a screen shot for the properties of one of these documents that are receiving this message?
Thanks,

Justin - see my 'Answer' post, it has the screenshot you requested.
