Hello Julian,

Thank you for posting to Community.

This error is typically caused by issues with teh Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI). To check for WMI issues, you can use WMIdiag.exe (available from Microsoft at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=7684 ).

If error are found, follow these steps to try and repair the WMI.

  1. Stop the 'Windows Management Instrumentation' service in services.msc
  2. Run the 'winmgmt /resetrepository' command from a command prompt
  3. Start the 'Windows Management Instrumentation' service
  4. Attempt to log into Unity Client

If these steps do not fix your issue, please reach out to your First Line of Support to troubleshoot the issue further.

Thanks.
