How to turn off Send To/Email Recipient

We have student documents that we don't want printed by advisors.  I found out they were saving to file, and then printing.  Now I know the setting Copy to Clipboard/Save As should be unchecked.  But they can still Send To/Email Recipient.  How do I turn that off?  The only User Rights they have are Retrieve, Save Rotation, View keywords, View history.

Thanks.  Patty

Hey Patty,

From a quick test, this should be the "External Mail" privilege that is set at the user group privileges level. Unselecting this would disallow a user the option to use the Send To | Mail function.

Hope this helps!

Justin,

That's what I thought, but that's not what I'm seeing (We do overrides, if that matters.)

I removed External Mail, reset cache.

Still have the ability to email recipient.

Hey Patty,
Is the user you are testing with part of multiple groups or just the single one from the screenshot? If multiple, any group that has this privilege will allow them to send to an external recipient. If only the one, I'd suggest reaching out to your FLOS to troubleshoot the issue further.
Thanks,
