After we upgraded to OnBase EP5 (21.1.18.1000), users are getting a "There was a problem creating the Outlook Mail item" exception window. The Outlook mail item actually does open up with the document attached, so it is actually working. However are users are constantly having to click "Ignore" on the exception window. I've worked with FLOS who gave me a few registry entries which makes the issue go away, but our security group won't permit the registry changes because it opens up too much. Has anybody else run into this issue? If so, what did you do to resolve it?
This issue did not start happening until we upgraded to EP5. We were previously on EP3.
