How to store the indexed values in Autofill keyword set using workflow

Dear All,

I have seen the option in configuration -->Globel Client Setting--->keyword -->Store keyword set date on file import ,it is working fine.

But i want to know how to do this process in workflow after indexed the documents.In workflow i tried "Set Autofill keyword value" ,but Indexed values are not storing in Autofill keyword set.

is there any option to achieve this?

In order for Indexed values to be stored to the Autofill Keyword Set you would need to use the "Create AutoFill Record" In the OnBase Studio. 

- Create a new Workflow System Task and add the Document type that you wish to pull the Indexed values from.

- Create a new Action, and choose the "Create AutoFill Record" as the Action type.

- Make sure you select which Autofill Keyword set you want to be updated via the AutoFill Keyword Set drop down list when configuring the Action Type
