Someone from Hyland support just told me that MS SQL OBDC 13 was recommended for SQL 2017 however in the documentation of that driver from Microsoft it does not list SQL 2017 as a supported DB. MS recommends MS SQL OBDC 17 for SQL 2017. So who is correct?

Hi Scott,
We generally defer to the vendor's recommendations on driver compatibility with the server, but also generally recommend that you use the latest ODBC drivers for our supported database platforms as they often contain fixes for various issues. The Microsoft ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server (or later) should be used with SQL Server 2017.
Hope that helps.

ODBC 13.1 should work just fine for sql 2017. I think the .1 is what your missing. It lists 2017 as supported in it's docs.
