Onbase server was moved from the first floor to the third floor,but since the movement we have not been able to login to the thick client and the configuration. Anyone with a solution on what to do.

I think you get this error when your ODBC is not pointing towards the exact data source.So check your ODBC settings for which environment you are getting this error and check whether username and password are given correctly. Check your test data source is running successfully or not.
