Hello. Can anyone help me with this situation. My organization onbase server was moved from the first floor to the third floor of the same building but since the movement we have not been able to login to the thick client and the configuration modules. What can be the problem .

Thank you for posting on Community. Unfortunately there is not enough information to determine what is happening. By OnBase Server, I am assuming you mean the database server that houses the OnBase database.
It sounds like there is probably a network issue or something similar.
Are you getting any errors? What is the exact behavior?
Does the ODBC connection on the Client/Config machine still connect and test successfully in Microsoft ODBC Admin?
You may be better suited to reach out to your FLOS as they will be able to provide better troubleshooting and investigation than what we can provide through the Community Forums and get you back up and running quicker.
