I recently set up a new archive, created a new database in SQL, set up a new ODBC connection (tested which succeeded). When I create an email search space using my Onbase client incorporating the new range, I get the error as listed in the title.
What have I done wrong?
Thanks,

Hello Louis,
Thank you for posting to Community!
The message you are receiving “Failed to connect to archive OBEMAILARCHIVE on OBEMAILARCHIVE" typically means that you are missing the ODBC connection to the Email Archive Instance Database with the name OBEMAILARCHIVE on the workstation used to create the Search Space. Make sure that you have all the ODBC connections for the Email Archive Instance Databases on the machine used to create the Search Space If you have multiple Email Archive Instances.
Please contact your First Line of Support if you continue to have issues.
Thank you,
