Error while uploading documents via Unity API

I'm trying to upload documents via API StoreNewDocument method and it is absolutely working fine when the file is smaller in size but when the file size is 3 MB or more the behavior is inconsistent, sometimes it uploads and sometimes it does not for the same file.

The error I'm receiving is "The underlying connection was closed. An unexpected error occurred on a send."

Any suggestions on how to fix this??
