When we open 'Workflow Timer Server administrator" we get an error that says "System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.Parameter name: timer" We cannot add new timers to the system without this app and workflow production is not getting done.

Solution:
Some timers were deleted while in an errored state of configuration. We had to create new timers with the same name (which unconfigured did not have any errors) and then delete them to get rid of Phantom Bugs in WorkFlow Studio. Then The Time service had to be restarted. But it could not be stopped we would get an error saying that the service could not be stopped, so we had to reset the server.
