Is there a way in to filter the document search results by a certain keyword.  Currently we have it set to display the auto name but would like to be able to filter by certain keywords or dates.  I know I can create custom queries with columns and this works but didn't know if there was a similiar way to do this filtering through the document search results?

Hello Matt,

Thank you for posting to Community.

In the Thick Client and Web Client, it is not possible to filter the results of your Document Retrieval. In the Unity Client, you have the ability to filter your results on the 'Name' (autoname string), 'Type' (Document Type) or 'Date' columns. Unfortunately, these are the only options as far as filtering (and can only be done in the Unity Client).

To be able to have full control over filtering based on the display column, using Custom Queries would be your best option.

Thanks.
