User is not getting a document retrieval search box in OnBase Client when performing a search with a singe document return. Because the user is not getting the retrieval box and able to select from there they are not able to view the document history. Only happnening for one user so I think it must be a setting on the indivduals computer but I can't find anything that makes sense. Any assistance would be great. Either with fixing so the user gets a retrieval box or instructions on how to get to history when the document displays.

Hi Wendy -
It sounds like the user has the value for the "Display all documents id number of results is less than or equal to" user option set to 1. Changing it to 0 should always show the result in the Document Search Results window. This setting is accessed by clicking User from the main menu, selecting the User Options command, and choosing the Document tab.
Regardless, the user should have access to the history from the context (right-click) menu of the document while it is displayed. If the document is an eform, PDF, MS Word, etc. document that doesn't use a "native OnBase viewer" then the history command can be accessed by right-clicking the status bar for these types of documents.

Thanks Jeff. Changing the setting in the user options worked like a charm!
