Hi there, I have been using the API for a while now  and it is great!  I have no problems with it... except for one.

I upload documents to OnBase via the API, I upload them to their associated Document Types within OnBase.

I am in the process of creating NEW document types in OnBase and I need to test the API to check that the documents upload correctly.

However, when I create a new document it is as though the API doesn't SEE the newly created document type.  Is there some caching issue or something?  Do I need to restart something in order for the API to 'see' these new document types?

Hi,

Assuming you are using the Unity API, you will need to reset your application server or perform an iisreset on the server housing it.  This will flush the document type cache and they will show up in the API.

Thanks,
