Server Error 554 mail from onbase@correo.com rejected for policy reasons

Javier, the error message is being returned by the SMTP server, so there is some policy configured for SMTP reception / forwarding that does not follow the SMTP rules. Some issues that could cause this are:
- your SMTP server only accepts messages from specific hosts. You would need to get the OnBase distribution Server added to that list of permitted senders.
- your SMTP server requires a valid "From:" e-mail address. In this case onbase@correo.com would not exist and thus would not be able to send. The e-mail address is configured during the OnBase Core Server setup and can be modified in the Distribution Service .config file. Along this line, depending on your SMTP server the user may exist but may not be authorized to use SMTP.
Because of the configuration options (or lack thereof), there is not much else that I can see causing this issue. (e.g. SSL-SMTP, requiring authentication, etc.)
Hope this helps.
