Disconnected Scanning-scanner Kodak i1860 not being recognized (scanner B)

We are OBOL and on version 12 using disconnected scanning.

Disconnected scanning was working on this maching Friday, today disconnected scanning is not recognizing the i1860 but does recognize others.

Is it something to do with the scan format?
