Hi Michael.

No, that is not possible.  Currently within OnBase all updates to a user is based on the authentication trigger, meaning the user attempting to login to the system.  There is no sync mechanism back to the directory services outside of the user attempting to login.  While this feature has been requested for the Active Directory integration, as of OnBase 18 it is not available.

You can read a bit more based on the same post for AD here (link).  It is possible through the Unity API using by creating an external service to validate the user state in the directory service and then update the OnBase user account accordingly.

Best wishes.

Darnit Adam, you type faster than I do and beat me to the punch. LOL

Hello Michael,

No, there is currently no way to do this other than handling directly inside of OnBase. OnBase has no sync necessarily.

However, you can reference a topic I created HERE. 🙂
