Hello,Is it possible to build a custom query to pull any document that has been bookmarked for a particular patient? We are trying to figure out a way for physicians to look through a chart, bookmark specific forms, then just pull those forms up at a later date. Thanks for reading this!Shanene

I just read that bookmarks are temporary... only exist during the current session... If true, then no.

But you could annotate the pages, then use a custom sql query to retrieve the docs.

This post (Shane, at the bottom) has something that might work for you:

Are you using the Medical Record product? If so, bookmarks are temporary for the current session and would not be able to be queried after the fact. We have a new concept in our OnBase Patient Window (web based clinical viewer for physicians) that allows physicians to bookmark documents to a "case container" or personal tab that is only seen by the logged in physician for the current patient. When the physician comes back into that patient, they will always have this "personalized view" of the patient. Although this may be something you do not currently have for your physicians, it may be something worth investigating in the future to integrate with your EMR.
