Custom Queries Search Parameters Not Displaying in Web/Thin Client

Have anyone ever encountered an issue with the web client not diplaying the search parameters/keywords. Wether we are using an HTML form or the regular onbase keywords display view none of the custom queries are allowing search feilds. When we go into document retrieval all works fine with keywords displaying. We are using OnBase 9.2.1.140 on Windows XP IE 8.

I'm having the same trouble and the Cumulative Security Update hasn't solved anything. Have you solved this?
