creating a scan format

I'm trying to create a scan format of a HP fi-7180 Scanner.  I installed the TWAIN driver.  I then start the Unity Client and make my way over to Scan Format Setup.  I am able to configure the document.  However nothng happens when I click on the "Scanner Settings" button..   Am I missing something?

Check workstation registration and make sure that the station is registered for "Production Document Imaging".  You may also need to register it as a "Workstation Client".  I usually have problems with the scanner settings when the workstation is not registered properly.
